How much does delivery cost?
Our shipping rates are calculated on weight and location.
Delivery to Gauteng, under 5kgs – R50
Delivery to other main South African cities, under 5kgs – R105
Delivery to outlying regions in South Africa, under 5kgs – R160
(Please note we do not currently ship outside of South Africa)
We are based in Johannesburg, so please see the below graph for all rates.

How long does it take to process my order?
Your order will be processed within 24 hours if ordered Monday - Friday.
All orders that are placed from 12:00pm on Friday - Sunday will be processed on the following Monday
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Your order will be shipped with a courier company once it has been processed.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please make sure you enter a daytime physical address.
Unless stated as a special delivery item, you should get your order within 3 working days.
If you live in Gauteng or a major city such as Durban, Bloemfontein, Nelspruit etc, your order should be delivered within 24 hours once shipped.
If you live in a major city in the Eastern or Western Cape, your order should be delivered within 48 hours once shipped.
If you live in an outlying area, your order can take from 72 hours to a week to be delivered.
Please note: We will not be held responsible if for reasons outside of our control the delivery is delayed.
